Purpose​

This roadmap describes the expected evolution of Chilarai and provides a high-level view of the platform journey.

The roadmap is intended to guide architectural and product decisions rather than serve as a release plan.

Phase 0 Status​

The product and engineering design foundation is complete. Implementation foundation work remains, including the database layer, authentication, multi-tenant runtime behavior, CI/CD, and deployment setup.
